The Old Summer House is a truly unique Guest House. It is, literally, the Old Summer House on the farm - attached to the main house, yet offering the privacy and comfort you deserve. At the Old Summer House you have complete privacy - a private entrance, private bath, even your own fully equipped kitchen! The guest house is attached to our main house, so while we do everything we can to keep our family’s noise out of your space, you might still hear some of the volume that comes with four young kids. Your accommodations include a beautifully redecorated living and dining area with a TV and a daybed for two. Upstairs is a cozy bedroom with a queen size bed and a very comfortable futon.
Rates are $135 per night plus 7.1% tax, with a $25 cleaning fee. Two night minimum.
